Courtney Jamar Gravely, 37, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.  He was born June 22, 1983 in Roanoke, Virginia to Keith Wade and the late Evelyn Gravely.  He enjoyed spending time with family, riding dirt bikes, and four wheelers.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Ruth Baez-Perez; daughters, Shaniya Gravely, Ja’Kiyah Gravely, Currency Gravely; sons Kamare’ Gravely, Adien Gravely, Kaydien Gravely, Cole Gravely; sisters, Letashie Wade, Nicole, Brimmer, Ebony Brimmer;  brother, Justin Brimmer; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The funeral will be Friday, October 30, 2020, at 12:00 noon at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Bishop R. Goode officiating.  Visitation will be thirty minutes prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens.
