HENRY COUNTY, VA – Virgil Powell Jr. has been selected as the next Deputy County Administrator for Henry County.
Powell, who is more commonly known as J.R., has served as the Director of the Martinsville-Henry County 911 Center for 10 years with 27 years of total service to the community.
