The Stuart Town Council received an update at its Wednesday, Aug. 19 meeting on the condition of the Star Theatre’s roof, which is undergoing renovations during the building’s temporary closure.
Town Manager Bryce Simmons said condensation had been building up underneath the Review with reporter whether ‘inside the roof’ is accurate or should be ‘on the interior of the roof’ or similar..
“We have since then been able to tear all of that vinyl siding down and remove the insulation that was above it. The condition is not quite as bad as I thought it was going to be originally,” he said.
