Early Learning Center to host benefit dinner on March 22
YMCA Early Learning Center invites the community to a special Benefit Dinner on Friday, March 22, at 5 p.m. This event will be held at The YMCA 5 Points Program Center and aims to raise funds for Dougie Westmoreland, a 13 year old who is battling Burkitt Lymphoma. His father has been by his side since the devastating diagnosis, unable to work, while his younger son remains in our YMCA Early Learning Center. This family needs our help.
Dinner guests will enjoy a delicious spaghetti dinner, salad, bread, dessert and drink to support a meaningful cause. The play area will also be available for children to experience during the dinner. If you cannot attend, monetary donations or gift cards (gas, groceries, restaurants) are greatly appreciated. Checks should be made payable to the YMCA, as all proceeds will go directly to the father.
âThis event is not just about raising fundsâitâs about coming together to make a difference.â said Lisa Maxie.
Cost for the Benefit Dinner:
$15 for adults.
$10 for kids 10+
$5 for kids 10 and under
