The Pratt Institute and the Reynolds Homestead are offering free training in visualization, mindfulness and contemplative practices for local artists and artisans.

This training will take place in regionally-based collectives that we will either build or work with arts organizations in an area to build.

There will be a menu of options for participants that includes a minimum of 10 hours and up to 16 hours of training in mindfulness, meditation and visualization practice for each collective to choose from.

Pratt will supply information about how to adapt your approach to using these contemplative self-care tools as cornerstones for your creativity and organization.

Your participation is free as part of this grant funded study. You will work together as a cohort and the sessions will be held via Zoom.

For more information, call the Reynolds Homestead at 276-694-7181 or visit online at www.reynoldshomestead.vt.edu.
