A Mass Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 14 in Chatham to elect the GOP nominee for House District 48.
The district includes the City of Martinsville and portions of Henry and Pittsylvania counties.
Will Pace and Eric Phillips are seeking the nomination.
Phillips is a Henry County businessman.
Pace is a former mayor of Chatham.
The meeting will be held at the Olde Dominion Agricultural Complex, 19783 US-29, Chatham. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m., with the meeting to begin at 5:30 p.m.
Those who plan to participate must be in line by 5:30 p.m.
A special election will be held January 9.
