Festival Latino held under fair skies

The Southern Virginia Latino Association on Nov. 11 (moved back due to bad weather on the original date of Sept. 23) presented Festival Latino at the Smith River Sports Complex. Dozens of booths were set up with vendors, food and community organizations, and entertainment was on stage throughout the day.
