Doyle Wayne Spencer, 69, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at Moses-Cone Hospital, Greensboro, North Carolina. He was born July 4, 1951 in Martinsville to the late Johnnie D. Spencer and Earline Lawless Spencer. He had been a truck driver for twelve years. He attended Patrick Henry Community College; and was a member of Kingdom Point Church of God. He was a very hard worker, loved his family and grandchildren and enjoyed making people feel special. He also loved fishing, his dog and driving tractor-trailers.

He is survived in addition to his mother; his wife, Linda Bledsoe Spencer; daughters, Stephanie Sprague (Todd), Jennifer Graham (Daniel), and Brittney Palmer (Andrew); sons, Lee Lewis (Stephanie), Johnnie Spencer (Heather), and Chris Spencer; sister, Barbara Allen (Gilbert); and grandchildren, Olivia, Zane, Colby, Hyatt, Griffin, Christyn, Cheyenne, Aspen, Tyler, Cole and Charlee.

Services will be Friday, October 2, 2020 at 12 noon with visitation one hour prior to the service at Kingdom Point Church at 352 Lee Ford Camp Road, Ridgeway, Virginia, 24148.
