In compliance with Chief Justice Donald W. Lemons’ Order Extending Declaration of Judicial Emergency dated March 27, 2020, which continues to declare a Judicial Emergency in response to COVID-19 Emergency from April 6 through April 26, 2020, the previous practices adopted by the General District Courts of Martinsville, Henry County and Patrick County; the Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Courts of Martinsville, Henry County, and Patrick County, and the Circuit Court of Henry County shall be extended and remain in effect until April 26, 2020.
