Martinsville author Stephen Mark Rainey will be signing copies of his books from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, at Magnolia & Main Books, 810 Main Street, Ridgeway.

Rainey is known for his books of the “scary” variety, and some of them—including his latest novel, The House at Black Tooth Pond, which will be available at the event—are set in a fictionalized version of Martinsville and surrounding areas.
