BASSETT, VA – Three rescue squad volunteers were taken to hospital after a crash in Bassett Sunday.
The incident occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Blackberry Road.
A Bassett Volunteer Rescue Squad ambulance was responding to a call with its lights and siren on when it ran off the right side of Blackberry Road, according to Virginia State Police.
