Rosalynn Arnold’s painting “Iris” has been named the People’s Choice Award winner in “Expressions 2026: America 250,” following a vote that drew more than 100 participants.
The award was determined by exhibition visitors, who selected it from the 146 works by 84 artists that were on display. Arnold also won first place in the watercolor category for the same painting.
The strong voter turnout reflects the community’s enthusiasm for supporting and celebrating the creative talent showcased in this year’s exhibition.
Congratulations to Arnold on these well-deserved recognitions, and to all the artists whose work contributed to the success of “Expressions 2026: America 250.”
“Expressions” is an open-entry exhibition presented annually by Lynwood Artists and Piedmont Arts. The exhibit was sponsored by VisitMartinsville, Brightspeed, Helen S. and Charles G. Patterson Jr. Charitable Foundation Trust, Lynwood Artists, and What’s Your Sign.
