ROCKY MOUNT, VA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a missing 28-year-old man.
Phillip Mills was last seen on Sunday at the Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount, according to authorities.
Mills was driving a beige 2001 Chevrolet S10 truck and was reported missing on Monday.
If anyone has information on his whereabouts should contact the Sheriff’s Office at 540-483-3000.
