Judy Carol Clifton Dalton

Judy Carol Clifton Dalton, 72, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at her home. She was born February 13, 1948, in Henry County to the late Samuel and Lillie Morrison Clifton. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Ray Dalton; and brothers, Carlos Clifton, and Lilbern Clifton.

Ms. Dalton is survived by her daughter, Jessica Tate (Aaron); son James Ray Dalton, Jr. (Jennifer); sisters, Gertrude Pendleton, and Lucy Lawson; brothers, Danny Clifton, Kenneth Clifton, Gene Clifton, and Gilmer Clifton; grandchildren, Lindsey Tate, McKenzie Tate, and Shane Dalton; great-grandchild, Logan Dalton; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The funeral will be Sunday, October 18, 2020, at 6:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Shaun Vaughn officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
