HENRY COUNTY, VA – The local Walmart was evacuated due a threat, according to Henry County Sheriff Lane Perry.
About 3:30 PM on Sunday, a threat was communicated to Walmart and employees and customers were asked to exit the building.
Sheriff Perry told BTW21 News the building is being checked and should be opening back up soon.
Martinsville Police Department and the Virginia State Police have assisted.
