Ballard Elected to Membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
Nadia Ballard, of Ridgeway, was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at Campbell University.
Ballard is among approximately 20,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10 percent of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.
Wells named to Ohio University’s Fall 2025 Dean’s List
Ohio University Chaddock + Morrow College of Fine Arts student Khela Wells of Ridgeway, was named to OHIO’s Fall 2025 Dean’s List.
The Dean’s List recognizes undergraduate students who complete a particular semester with a GPA between 3.5 and 3.999 with a minimum of 12 credit hours attempted for letter grades that are used to calculate GPA.
In the fall semester of 2025, approximately 7,300 Ohio University undergraduate students qualified for the Dean’s List.
