The Martinsville 7 Initiative will host a gala, “Pardoned but not Forgotten,” in celebration of the Aug. 31 pardon of the Martinsville Seven on Saturday, Dec. 4, in the Baldwin Building at New College Institute.
“There will be food, fun, and entertainment,” said Faye Holland, director of the effort.
A ticket to the black-tie event is $75 and includes dinner and entertainment.
The families of the Martinsville Seven will attend and a short film will be screened at the event, Holland said.
The Initiative plans to announce some new developments at the event as well, she added.
Anyone who wishes to attend must RSVP by Friday, Dec. 3.
