Linda Diane Hayden, 67, of Ridgeway, Virginia passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020, at her residence. She was born June 19, 1952, in Roanoke, Virginia to Donald and Betty Penn Hayden. She retired from Eastman as a machine operator and had worked many years at Bassett Walker/VF Knitting. Linda was a member of Reachout Apostolic Church. She loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and loved drinking Pepsi.
She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, two sons, Anthony Tyrone Hayden and Donald Andre’ Hayden and one brother, Willard Anthony Hayden.
She is survived by daughters, Chantay Hayden and Courtney “Tennille” Hayden; three grandchildren, Kemiya Hayden, Triston Martin and Kameryn Ramos; seven sisters, Angela Wade, Kimberly Garnes, Teressa Hayden, Sheila Redd, Tijuana Hayden and Tracy Hayden, four brothers, Charles Hayden, Bruce Garnes, Donald Hayden and Jeffery Hayden and a host of nieces and nephews, with one particular niece whom she loved dearly who had a special place in her heart, India Garnes.
Services will be private.
