Jeanette Dillard Price, 65, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at her residence. She was born December 5, 1954 in Henry County to the late Clyde Lewis and Lucy Belle Hodge Dillard. She had been disabled. She loved reading, watching movies, cooking shows, babysitting and listening to music and singing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Elson Price; brothers, John Richard Dillard and Barry Dillard.
She is survived by her son, Lance Price; sisters, Annie Flood, Shirley Martin, Jannie Fuller and Cheryl Dillard; brothers, Dennis Dillard (Tammy) and Bobby Dillard (Anita); a grandchild, Cohen Price; special caregivers. Sierra Dillard and Darius Fitzgerald (Pooh) and a life-long friend (like a sister), Roberta Rogers.
Her service will be Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 12 noon at Peaceful Zion Church with Bishop Howard Smith officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from 4-6 pm at the Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
