Grand jurors in Henry County handed out 141 indictments on Wednesday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but a grand jury’s determination that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.
Those named in the indictments are:

*Montino Marchan Tinsley, 35, of Axton, nine counts possess child pornography — second or subsequent offense; one count possess child pornography, Apr. 5-May 14, 2019.
*Abbagail Dawn Tilley, 23, of Rocky Mount, one count each — possess methamphetamine; possess hydromorphone; possess buprenorphine and naloxone; possess alprazolam, June 12, 2019.
