Martinsville Police Officer Austin Vernon was recognized by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) at a Dec. 12 ceremony in Richmond.
Every year MADD honors law enforcement officers from across the Commonwealth for their efforts in removing impaired drivers from the streets of our communities.
