The creation of a grassy park on half of uptown’s Bridge Street parking lot (seen here in a drawing and artistic rendering) was one of many recommendations suggested by Chuck D’Aprix and his team. The group recently completed a community-driven visioning survey to help inform the current revitalization effort in Martinsville’s uptown.
