The Henry County Public Service Authority (PSA) will extend the moratorium for utility cutoffs until Sept. 16, matching the State Corporation Commission’s recent extension guidelines, according to General Manager Tim Hall.
Customers who need help paying their utility bills are encouraged to contact the Henry-Martinsville Department of Social Services.
