Former Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears will be among the featured speakers at the first Hearts and Minds Symposium, an event organizers said is intended to provide information about constitutional amendments appearing on Virginia’s November ballot.
The free event will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Rotary Field in Stuart. Those attending are encouraged to bring chairs.
Earle-Sears, who was the Republican nominee for governor in 2025, will be joined by Michael Morisi, vice president of The Family Foundation, a faith-based organization.
Virginia voters will consider three proposed constitutional amendments in the Nov. 3 election.
