The American Legion Homer Dillard Post #78, in conjunction with American Legion Pannill Post #42 and the Magna Vista High School Junior ROTC, will conduct an American Flag Retirement Ceremony on March 18, at 9 a.m., (weather permitting).
The ceremony will be held at the Fair Haven Cemetery, US 58 West in the Horsepasture Community. The public is cordially invited.
Anyone having unserviceable American Flags may take them to their nearest public school, main lobby entrances, on March 12 and 13, between 9-11 a.m., or Henry County School Central Office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. These schools will in-turn contact Homer Dillard Post #78 for pickup on March 16.
