HENRY COUNTY, VA – Henry County Animal Control needs your help in an animal abandonment case.
In a surveillance video posted on the Henry County Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page, the woman can be seen dropping off two cats in front of the SPCA of Martinsville-Henry County, located at 132 Joseph Martin Highway.
The incident happened on Monday at 6:12 p.m. when the SPCA was closed.
She is then seen running to a white Chevrolet Equinox and leaving.
