HENRY COUNTY, VA – The Henry County Board of Supervisors voted during its Tuesday regular meeting to provide Henry County Public Schools with approximately $2.6 million in funds from the additional one percent sales tax revenue to be used for capital improvement projects.
Combined with the nearly $2.6 million already received from the sales tax revenue, the schools will have more than $5 million to dedicate to future construction, renovations and improvements of school facilities.
