Timothy Edward Ross, 48, of Bassett, turned himself in at the Henry County Magistrate’s Office around 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, according to a release from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
Ross is currently being held in the Henry County Jail without bond after an arrest warrant for distribution of more than 100 grams of methamphetamine was served.
