Barbara B. Parker, of Collinsville, was reappointed to Gov. Ralph Northam’s administration.
Parker, who is director of the For Alison Foundation, serves on the Virginia Commission for the Arts.
Kristen Westover, of Lee, was appointed to the Board of Trustees A.L. Philpott Manufacturing Extension Partnership – GENEDGE Alliance. Westover is the president of Mountain Empire Community College.
