FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – Virginia State Police said a 20-year-old man is dead following a crash in Franklin County.
It happened Friday around 6:15 p.m. on Sontag Road close to Emmas Road.
State Police report that a 1989 Toyota pickup truck was going east on Sontag Road when it ran of the right side of the road, overturned and hit a tree.
Nolan Dean Young, of Callaway, was not wearing his seatbelt while driving the Toyota and died at the crash site, according to police.
